rehabilitate the manhole from the inside out
Manholes are an important part of a city’s wastewater collection system. They provide access to pipelines for maintenance, inspection and renovation work that needs to be done on these vital systems but they also give workers easy entry points so cleaning can happen without breaking traffic or putting people at risk in any way shape or form.
We offer several manhole renewal methods, each specifically chosen by the type of repair required as it relates to your specific needs.
- Cementitious Coating Systems: These materials are either spray or trowel applied. They have long, established histories with recent improvements in fast setting high strength corrosion resistant mortars that provide added tensile strengths and crack resistance to the surface they're being used on top of ensuring an easy application process for your project needs.
- Chimney Seals: These specialty products such as mechanical seals, hand applied coatings and external wrap materials are designed to address specific infiltration and/or inflow concerns such as leaks between the manhole casting and the chimney and usually can be applied with a minimum of labor and equipment.
- Cured-In Place Manhole (CIPM) Liner: CIPM is a system that utilizes resins for renewal of the manhole structure. It has excellent chemical resistance and strong, long term physical properties which makes them perfect to withstand earth pressure and traffic loading as well as installation methods with diameters ranging from 2FT to 10FT or more up to 60FT deep when necessary.
