Ottawa, IL – July 29, 2025 — Waterline Renewal Technologies is proud to announce its designation as an official Picote Authorized Training Center for the Xpress Coating System, now available at its three core training facilities in Anaheim, California; Clearwater, Florida; and Ottawa, Illinois.
The Picote Xpress Coating System is an advanced brush coating technology used for rehabilitating and protecting deteriorating pipes. Through this new authorization, Waterline can provide certified training to contractors and technicians on proper application techniques, system operation, safety procedures, and maintenance.
